In order to insure the safety of Pennsylvania residents, the state has adopted the Uniform Construction Code. All new construction, including additions, must meet these new standards and have a building permit prior to starting work. Building permits are also required for most work in existing commercial buildings.
Accredited Services is a Certified Third Party Agency and now issues building permits in a number of Pennsylvania municipalities, including (Franklin County) Waynesboro, Antrim Township, Quincy Township, Mont Alto, Greencastle, and in parts of Adams County.
Most Pennsylvania municipalities require a Land Use Permit. Land Use Permits are issued by the individual municipality. Bring your Land Use permit to Accredited Services when applying for your building permit.
